Kolkhoba - Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to everyone using the Kolkhoba web interface and mobile app ("Service"). By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

Kolkhoba is a community platform where users share images, translations, and pronunciation content. We aim to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Users may request account deletion at any time. In case of violations, the developer may warn, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts when reasonably necessary.

These terms may be updated when needed. Material changes may be announced via website or app notice. The latest version is always available on this page.

11. Governing law and disputes

Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The parties agree to first seek an amicable solution through good-faith communication.

Turkish and English versions of these terms may be published. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
