Kolkhoba - Terms of Use
These Terms of Use apply to everyone using the Kolkhoba web interface and mobile app ("Service"). By continuing to use the Service, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
1. Scope of the service
Kolkhoba is a community platform where users share images, translations, and pronunciation content. We aim to keep the Service available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
2. Account and security
- You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date.
- You are responsible for password safety and account access activity.
- If you suspect unauthorized use, contact the developer as soon as possible.
3. User content and responsibility
- You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content you upload (text, image, audio).
- Content that violates copyright, trademark, privacy, or personal rights is prohibited.
- Illegal, harmful, hateful, threatening, or abusive content is prohibited.
- The developer may review, limit, or remove content/accounts in suspected violation cases.
4. Content license
By uploading content, you grant the Service a limited, revocable license required to host, display, and share that content within the platform. Ownership of your content remains with you, unless stated otherwise by law.
5. Prohibited use
- Attempting to disrupt the Service, overload systems, or exploit security vulnerabilities.
- Automated scraping or manipulation behavior without explicit permission.
- Unauthorized access attempts to other user accounts.
6. Privacy and personal data
Details on personal data processing are explained in the Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you also accept that policy.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by mandatory law, the developer is not liable for indirect losses, data loss, profit loss, or third-party actions. User content remains the responsibility of the user who submits it.
8. Account termination and content removal
Users may request account deletion at any time. In case of violations, the developer may warn, remove content, or suspend/terminate accounts when reasonably necessary.

These terms may be updated when needed. Material changes may be announced via website or app notice. The latest version is always available on this page.

11. Governing law and disputes
Subject to mandatory consumer protection rules, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkiye. The parties agree to first seek an amicable solution through good-faith communication.
12. Language and precedence
Turkish and English versions of these terms may be published. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the English version prevails in case of conflict.
